"My Dell laptop was giving me lots of problems and as I had some important invoices to send out I called Protekks, they remote controlled my laptop, reconfigured Microsoft Word and sorted my printer out. I watched them do the whole thing on my screen so now I know how to do it myself. It was quick and painless.....there were no call out charges and so now I've got a monthly plan.....it works for me"
